2022 High Holiday schedule

Celebrate Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur in Jackson Heights!

We are excited to celebrate the high holidays in person!

The Jewish Center of Jackson Heights will offer in-person services for Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur. The schedule of services is:

  • Rosh HaShanah Day 1 – Monday, Sept. 26 at 9 a.m.
  • Rosh HaShanah Day 2 – Tuesday, Sept. 27 at 9 a.m.
  • Kol Nidre – Tuesday, October 4 at 6 p.m.
  • Yom Kippur – Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 9 a.m.

Services will continue throughout the day on Yom Kippur until the conclusion of the holiday.

To keep our members and community safe, masks are encouraged in the Jewish Center. We will collect proof of vaccination from everyone who attends services.

When you register, we ask that you make a sliding-scale contribution to support the Jewish Center. Your donation allows us to continue serving the Jackson Heights community.

Our scale begins with a donation of $18 per person, per service, but we welcome additional contributions from those who can afford it. We are particularly grateful for your support, because your support will help offset increased costs that we are facing to continue our work in the community.
